1. No Guarantee of Training Results
Dog training outcomes are inherently variable and depend on a wide range of factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

- The presence of underlying medical, neurological, or behavioral conditions
- The owner’s consistency in applying training techniques between sessions
- The dog’s environment, routine, and level of daily stimulation
- The nature and history of any behavioral issues being addressed
While our trainers are experienced and use evidence-based, force-free methods, we make no guarantees, representations, or warranties, express or implied, that training will produce any specific outcome or permanently resolve any behavioral issue. Results will vary from dog to dog.
2. Not a Substitute for Veterinary or Medical Advice
The information, advice, and guidance provided by Haus Mahr German Shepherds & Training, LLC, whether delivered in person, via our website, in written materials, or through online sessions, is for general educational and training purposes only.
It does not constitute and should not be relied upon as veterinary, medical, or clinical advice. If your dog is exhibiting serious behavioral issues including, but not limited to, aggression, anxiety, biting, compulsive behaviors, or resource guarding, you should consult a licensed veterinarian or veterinary behaviorist immediately. We are not responsible for any harm arising from failure to obtain appropriate veterinary care.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We do not offer behavior modification or any other services for dogs with serious behavior problems including, but not limited to: aggression, anxiety, biting, compulsive behaviors, or resource guarding.

Participation in dog training activities, whether in group classes, private sessions, or any other format, involves inherent physical risks. These include, but are not limited to:
- Bites, scratches, or injuries caused by your own dog or other dogs

- Allergic reactions to animals, grooming products, or training treats
- Property damage caused by your dog
- Stress or behavioral regression in your dog during or following training
By participating in our Services, you voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of yourself and your dog. You acknowledge that no training environment can be made entirely free of risk.
4. Owner Responsibility
You remain solely and fully responsible for your dog’s behavior at all times, before, during, and after any training session. Our trainers provide instruction and guidance, but they do not assume ownership, custody, or legal liability for your dog at any point.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring your dog is fit, healthy, and vaccinated before each session
- Disclosing any known aggression, biting history, or behavioral concerns prior to booking
- Properly restraining and controlling your dog
- Continuing to reinforce and practice training techniques between sessions
- Supervising your dog at all times, especially around children
Failure to disclose a bite history or known aggression may result in immediate termination of Services without refund and may expose you to legal liability for any resulting injuries or damages.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haus Mahr German Shepherds & Training, LLC, its owners, trainers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Participation in any training session, program, or activity
- Reliance on any advice, content, or training materials we provide
- Any act or omission of your dog before, during, or after training
- Any third-party website, product, or resource linked from our website
- Technical errors, downtime, or inaccuracies on our website
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific session or service giving rise to the claim, as further detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
