Puppies

Our puppies are raised in a home environment using the Puppy Culture program. They are well-socialized with adults, children, and other animals/livestock. Puppies receive a vet visit which includes a wellness exam, age-appropriate vaccinations, fecal test, de-worming, and microchip with enrollment in the AKC Reunite program before going to their forever homes. We also provide a genetic testing report, pet insurance plan offer from Trupanion pet insurance, and a comprehensive written health guarantee.

Puppies are temperament tested by an independent evaluator and matched with their new families at the age of 10-12 weeks old. We will NOT place puppies before the age of 8 weeks because doing so negatively impacts their development and is illegal in many states. We start teaching puppies the following foundation behaviors in the Puppy Start Right program before they go to their forever homes:

Training is done in a fun, positive manner for optimal learning and retention. Early training sets our puppies up for a lifetime of success. New puppy owners are provided with a copy of the Puppy Start Right: Foundation Training for the Companion Dog book by Kenneth Martin, DVM and Debbie Martin, RVT VTS, KPA CTP.

Puppies are registered with the American Kennel Club before going to their new homes. Owners are given all registration documents when they pick up their puppy. Puppies are eligible for registration in the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC).

We are selective about placing our puppies. Our dogs are family and we want to make sure they are placed in the best forever homes! When you take home one of our puppies, you become part of our extended family. WE DO NOT SHIP PUPPIES. Potential owners must complete an application process.
