Lara Mahr, Owner & Certified Dog Trainer
Lara grew up training dogs. She has decades of professional experience working with dogs. Lara helps clients build relationships with dogs based on mutual trust and respect. She is committed to meeting the highest ethical, humane, and safety standards in the dog training industry.
Lara earned the Karen Pryor Certified Training Partner (KPA CTP) designation in 2010. This certification requires a trainer to complete a comprehensive course, written exam, practical training evaluation, and teaching assessment. It is recognized in several countries.
Lara has successfully trained dogs for a variety of working disciplines. She has also competed in conformation and numerous performance sports with her dogs.

We are located in Southwestern Michigan. Visitors are welcome by appointment. We maintain a strict protocol when visiting & handling puppies.
